Facility Rental ~ Conference Center

Our campus is a beautiful place to meet. Consider offering your guests a rustic weekend of fall foliage, swimming and canoeing. Our dining hall comfortably seats 100 people and we have the dance pavilion in case of rain.

We can accommodate fifty adults in a variety of winterized sleeping arrangements including private rooms and bunk rooms. Our ropes course is a powerful team-building tool, and we have backyard access to endless hiking and cross-country skiing through a 1,000 acre wilderness preserve.

Canoeing, sailing, kayaking, skating, sauna and bonfire are available on our waterfront depending on the season. Family oriented ski areas are at a convenient distance.

Other Opportunites:
In the month of September we host schools for 3 day team building and goal setting outings.  Schools such as Brimmer and May, Lawrence Academy, Middlesex, Hamden Hall, Fenn and Rivers have long histories with us.

We design programs to match your teaching goals and we hope you will consider bringing your school to join our fall programs and launch your academic year with spice and energy.

Clubs such as yoga, dance or martial arts groups can bring in specialists and use the campus for a workshop weekend.

“You should know that we are still hearing individually from our wedding guests - almost on a daily basis - that they had an amazing weekend and loved being at the camp.  For that, we have only you all to thank; for all the ways you helped us and our guests utilize so much of what the camp can offer for fun, for the delicious food, the relaxed atmosphere, and the great bonfires!  …The camp also deserves much credit for working with our vision, helping us figure out how to allow all our guests to eat together in one room, figuring out the logistics of the slide show, the music, the dance party - so many moving pieces you made happen almost effortlessly on our part, giving us the opportunity to focus on each other and the guests.  Lastly, aside from the fun our guests had, we really had the wedding of our dreams.  The space was beautiful, easy to enjoy, every nook and cranny offered glimpses of our friends and family playing and being happy.  WE got out on the water several times, jumped off the rope swing, played ping pong and softball, ate delicious food all weekend.  The way you all set up the dining hall, hors d’oeuvres, dance pavilion were all gorgeous, and it seemed like any crazy idea we got into our heads you helped make it happen.  the whole weekend far exceeded our expectations on so many fronts, and we will enthusiastically recommend it to anyone who asks for suggestions about places to have a weekend wedding!”.... 2009 wedding couple

"Windsor Mountain's uniqueness is in its staff's ability to bridge cultural divides with friendship, respect and understanding.
I learned more than how to ride a mountain bike, play in a band, and paddle a kayak; I learned an entirely new way to approach intellectual, social and environmental issues that has stayed with me throughout my entire education and life."
... Adam, camp staff
