How to Apply

To enroll in a Windsor Mountain program, you may fill out our on-line application and submit a payment with a credit card or Paypal account.

OR please download, print and fill out our 2009 student application and send it to the address below along with your $850 deposit.

Applications are accepted on a first come first served basis. Please call us at 800-862-7760 to inquire about availability.

Note: To reserve a spot, we only need your application and deposit. We will contact you about other required forms.

and be sure or FAX your signed application to  603-478-5260, or mail it to the address below.

PLEASE NOTE: You do NOT have to LOG IN or open an account with Paypal in order to use this feature. You can simply make a payment to Windsor Mountain using your credit card. (When you get to the PayPal information page, proceed with GUEST CHECKOUT.)

If you're already enrolled and looking for other enrollment forms, please expect to hear from us with links and instructions to access your Family Info / Health Form, Parent and Student Questionnaire, Teacher Reference (new students only), Travel Form, Vacation form and other pertinent documents. Students on certain Travel Programs will also receive Activity Release Forms and Personal ID forms, which will be mailed in May.
